Danielle Sampson, fondly known as "Dani," brings a wealth of experience and warmth to her role as a Front Desk Assistant at Sunset Family Dentistry in Norfolk, VA. A proud mother of two accomplished young women and a devoted grandmother to two lively grandsons, Dani lives a life filled with love and family. 

Dani’s journey in dentistry began in 1992, and she has embraced every aspect of the field since. With a passion for providing exceptional patient care and a deep understanding of dental office operations, Dani has become a cornerstone of the Sunset Family Dentistry team since joining in 2016. Working under the expert leadership of Dr. Colson Scott, Dani plays a vital role in ensuring that each patient’s experience is seamless and welcoming. 

Outside of work, Dani cherishes quality time with her family and friends. Her vibrant personality and dedication to creating a friendly, comforting environment make her an invaluable member of the practice. Sunset Family Dentistry is proud to have someone as experienced and compassionate as Dani at the heart of their team. 

Crystal Joyner is a seasoned dental professional with over two decades of experience in the dental field. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene degree at Old Dominion University and has since dedicated her career to providing exceptional care. Crystal’s top priority is ensuring her patients feel comfortable, safe, and well-cared for during every visit. 

A proud Hampton Roads native, Crystal takes great joy in giving back to her community by volunteering her dental hygiene expertise. Her warm demeanor and commitment to patient well-being have made her a trusted and beloved member of the Sunset Family Dentistry team. 

Outside the office, Crystal thrives in exploring new and exciting experiences. She enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, visiting museums, painting, and embracing a wide range of adventurous activities. Her boundless energy and love for life inspire those around her, both professionally and personally. 

Yolanda Rymal brings a unique blend of military discipline and heartfelt compassion to her role as a dental hygienist at Sunset Family Dentistry. Originally from Mississippi, Yolanda’s journey to Hampton Roads began with an exciting 10-year career in the United States Navy, where she served as a dental technician and leader. Her time in uniform, both stateside and abroad, ignited a deep passion for oral health and patient care, inspiring her to further her career in dentistry. 

In 2010, Yolanda earned her dental hygiene degree and professional training from Virginia Commonwealth University. Her broad scope of experience, honed through years of dedicated practice, enables her to deliver exceptional care with precision, gentleness, and expertise. Known for her friendly and compassionate demeanor, Yolanda has become a trusted provider and favorite among her patients. 

For the past seven years, Yolanda has been an integral part of Sunset Family Dentistry, proudly serving the Hampton Roads community. She approaches each patient interaction with enthusiasm and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes. 

When not in the office, Yolanda lives a fulfilling family life with her loving husband and two exceptional children. During her rare moments of downtime, she enjoys unwinding with a good movie, cherishing those quiet moments amid her vibrant and busy life.
